Aerobic exercising is a physical activity that intends to develop the efficiency of the cardiovascular system in transporting and absorbing the oxygen into the different parts of the body like the heart and the brain. Oxygen is very important for the metabolic process and energy-generation of human’s body. There are various kinds of aerobic exercise which can be defined in different levels. It can be performed in intense or moderate level depending on the capacity of a certain person.

When you sweat and when your heart beats faster during such physical activities, it is likely the same as when you are doing an aerobic exercise. With this kind of happening in your body, your blood runs faster through your vessels to deliver the sufficient amount of oxygen to various bodily parts. It is due to the fact that as you exert more effort, you also need more oxygen intake than just doing nothing at all. That is why proper oxygen distribution is very important, meaning exercising is really required.

In any kind of physical activity, your muscles and other bodily parts uses force which requires your heart and brain to acquire sufficient and continuous oxygen distribution. This is why you feel like suffocated in each time you exert effort. It is due to the reason that your heart and lungs works harder simultaneously.

Aerobic exercising is also known as the cardiovascular exercise. This kind of activity pertains on sustained rhythmic activities which involves the cooperation of large muscle groups.

Cardiovascular exercising provides you of a lot of health benefits and as well as the general well being. With regular exercising you can acquire the following benefits:
•	Reduced rates and risks of heart attack, stroke, resting heart, and the high blood pressure
•	Increased efficiency of your lungs, heart, and as well as other body parts
•	As you go on exercising, the brain releases endorphins which are the major cause of stress and other mental problems. With this kind of opportunity, you are able to get rid of head aches, depression and other forms of stress.
•	Plus, you can also be able to increase the level of your energy. With energy, you can do a lot of things without any kind of hassles.

We always heard countless times how exercise is “good for us.” Coz it can actually help you feel good, too. Getting the right amount of exercise can rev up your energy levels and even help improve your mood. The most common exercise today is called aerobics.

Aerobic means “with oxygen”, and refers to the use of oxygen in the body’s metabolic or energy-generating process.

Aerobic exercise refers to exercise that involves or improves oxygen consumption by the body. It will condition the heart and lungs by increasing the oxygen available to the body and by enabling the heart to use oxygen more efficiently. This kind of exercise overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. Because this activity uses large of muscles groups.

In doing aerobic exercise you should be able to carry on short conversation. If you are gasping for air while talking, you are probably working anaerobically. Because if you will do that while exercising you will tire faster and are more likely to experience sore muscles after exercise is over.

Aerobic activities include walking, jogging, swimming, biking, ballroom dancing, aerobic classes, etc.

But we know that exercise alone cannot prevent or cure heart disease. It is only one factor in risk reduction. But it also helps us.
